On Amazon your main image is not packaging. It is the ad your shopper sees in the search results, at thumbnail size, next to six competitors. Most brands design it like a pack shot and wonder why the click never comes.
In our headline case study we rebuilt the main images to work like ads: legible at a glance, benefit-forward, tested against the category. The brand store was rebuilt to sell rather than to look like a website, and A+ Premium went onto the main lines. Supplements make this harder than most categories, because format, dose and benefit all have to land at thumbnail size — the category version is on our page for supplement and wellness brands on Amazon.
One habit made the creative compound: regular customer polling. When content answers the questions buyers actually ask, rather than the ones the brand assumes they ask, conversion moves. Creative is not decoration on Amazon. It is the cheapest growth lever most accounts are ignoring.
